What to Expect
Here’s what you’ll want to know about engaging with our demo team.
- When you request a demo, someone from our team will telephone you immediately or at the requested time.
- We’re open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 11PM central time, covering most time zones around the world.
- You will want to be at a computer on the Internet so that you can log into our computer system and share our screen.
- Depending on the programs you’d like to see and the questions you have, the live demo can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.
- Our team is happy to talk with you about your needs, look at your files, and will get back to you with any issues to which they might not have immediate answers.
- They will even schedule a follow up time to show you the software again, should you feel it’s necessary.
